One delivery in, a complete exhibit package out — with a checkpoint in the middle so nothing renders against data you have not seen first.
A GeoPackage, or a zip of a File Geodatabase or shapefiles, holding your parcels and easement footprints.
Ellicott detects the coordinate zone, layers, and parcel identifiers, and flags missing layers and data warnings in plain language.
You see exactly what it found and confirm the exhibit style before processing starts. No surprises on page one.
Per-parcel exhibit PDFs, a results table of acreages and lengths, and the GIS exports you asked for — bundled together.
The CSV line list is optional. CAD delivery (DWG/DXF) is not supported yet — it is on the roadmap, not in the product.
PDFs and the results table come with every run. KMZ and shapefile exports are per-run options. Client logo branding is available on Annual and Enterprise plans.
Each module is tuned to one deliverable type — its own upload rules, checks, and output set. Negotiation Sketches is the module running in the beta today; the rest are in development or planned.
